SOAP Notes is a comprehensive patient management app specifically designed for efficient and accurate SOAP note-taking during patient visits. It caters to individuals who need to manage detailed notes for each patient and require an app that can quickly and accurately record these notes. Although primarily built for massage therapists and chiropractors, anyone who needs to take SOAP format notes will find SOAP Notes beneficial.

 <li>HIPAA Compliance: SOAP Notes ensures data security with an encrypted database, encrypted passcode, SSL encryption for device syncing, and encrypted storage on iCloud.</li>
 <li>Offline Availability: The app can be used without an internet connection, although some features (e.g., cloud syncing) require data connectivity.</li>
 <li>Customizable "Stamps": Users can create and use personalized stamps that enter commonly used phrases and sentences with just one tap.</li>
 <li>Image Drawing: It allows users to draw on four different body image backgrounds, enabling the addition of supplementary information to visit notes.</li>
 <li>Custom Patient Fields: Users can input specific information required for each patient.</li>
 <li>Document Management: Store all patient documents in one place by attaching various file formats such as png, pdf, txt, rtf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, numbers, and pages files.</li>
 <li>Data Syncing: Sync data across multiple devices using your iCloud account.</li>
 <li>Encrypted PDF Exports: Conveniently generate encrypted PDF exports of patient and/or visit information for streamlined billing and record-keeping purposes.</li>
 <li>Patient Information Management: Capture important patient details including contact information, emergency contacts, insurance provider details, and more.</li>
 <li>Password Protection: Secure access to the app with a passcode requirement upon every launch.</li>
 <li>Mass Email Functionality: Send emails to all patients while ensuring their privacy with BCC features.</li>
 <li>Direct Communication: Contact patients via email or phone directly within the app.</li>

SOAP Notes requires a subscription to save new data. However, all previously created data will remain accessible even without a subscription.

SOAP Notes Basic Subscription includes:

 <li>Unlimited data syncing (devices must be using the same Apple ID)</li>
 <li>Regular updates and additional features at no extra cost</li>
