SOAP Notes is a comprehensive patient management app specifically designed for efficient and accurate SOAP note-taking during patient visits.  <li>Mass Email Functionality: Send emails to all patients while ensuring their privacy with BCC features.</li>
 <li>Direct Communication: Contact patients via email or phone directly within the app.</li>

SOAP Notes requires a subscription to save new data. However, all previously created data will remain accessible even without a subscription.
